When driver software produced by another company is installed on a computer in which the driver software that is included with this product is installed, or vice versa, the software may not install properly. If this occurs, uninstall the driver software, and then re-install it. Also, if driver software produced by another company has been installed and is started simultaneously with the driver software that is included with this product, an error message may be displayed that says, 'The driver has already started.' If this occurs, shut down the driver software, and then start the driver software that you wish to use.
* When using whiteboard software, please use Whiteboard Software Ver. 3.1 or later.
* There is no need to install the driver software (CD-ROM) that is included with the Touch Panel. If it is installed, the dedicated touch panel driver for use with an interactive plasma display may not operate properly. If this occurs, uninstall the driver software, and then install this driver software.
* Prior to installing or uninstalling this driver software, disconnect the Electronic Pen Adaptor and Touch Panel from the USBterminals of the computer.
* There is no need to restart the computer after installing/uninstalling this driver software.

If you try to install a driver from another manufacturer in the same computer in which this Driver software is installed or inversely try installing this Driver software in a computer where another driver is already installed, the driver may not install properly.
In such case, uninstall the current driver and then install the new driver.
Also, if a driver from another manufacturer is started up while this Driver software is already running, the error message 'Adriver is already running.' may be displayed.
In such case, quit both drivers and then start up the driver you want to use.
- Windows XP x64 Edition computer with physical memory of 6 GB or greater should be connected via a USB 2.0 hub with power supply. Depending on your environment, a USB hub with power supply may be required regardless of the condition above.

Panasonic has announced its latest product is the Panasonic ToughBook FZ-55, this new durable laptop delivers modular comfort and the ability to enhance the work of your machine, for the first time. - Double-click the .zip file labeled driver or setup.exe.
- Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or unzip. Wait until the file (Ie Setup.exe) can be found.
- After Self-Extractor file appears.
- Click OK.
- After completing the file extraction, if the Self-Extractor window is still open, close it.
